By accessing and using Pulse, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Pulse for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
When you create an account with Pulse, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding the credentials you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your account.
You agree not to disclose your account credentials to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or share within Pulse workspaces. By using the Service, you grant Pulse a limited license to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service — including AI-powered work item extraction.
You are responsible for the content you share within workspaces. You agree not to use the Service to share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Pulse uses artificial intelligence to analyze messages and automatically extract work items. By using the Service, you consent to this processing. You understand that:
The materials on Pulse are provided on an “as is” basis. Pulse makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.
In no event shall Pulse or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Pulse, even if Pulse has been notified of the possibility of such damage.
The materials appearing on Pulse could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Pulse does not warrant that any of the materials on the Service are accurate, complete, or current. Pulse may make changes to the materials contained on the Service at any time without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hi@pulseapp.ai. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
